Calculation method
L10h = 10⁶ / (60 × n) × (C / P)ᵖ
C = P × (60 × n × L10h / 10⁶)¹/ᵖ
p=3 for ball bearings and p=10/3 for roller bearings. P is the equivalent dynamic load; combined radial and axial forces require designation-specific X and Y factors. Basic rating life uses 90% reliability; lubrication, contamination, static safety and fitting checks are separate.
